1. Orders & Availability

  • All orders are subject to product availability.

  • If an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.


2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary depending on the type of product:

    • Custom furniture: Estimated 8–12 weeks.

    • Quick Ship items: Estimated 2–4 weeks.

    • Non-furniture items: Estimated 7–10 business days.

  • If your order includes both Quick Ship and custom pieces, the order will ship once the custom items are ready, unless separate shipping is requested (additional charges apply).

  • Delivery options include Curbside Delivery or White Glove Delivery. Full details are listed in our FAQ.


3. Damaged Items

  • All deliveries must be inspected at the time of arrival.

  • If your furniture arrives damaged, please hold the truck and contact us at 877-427-2569 within 1 day.

  • Damages noted at delivery will be repaired or replaced. Significant damage may require the product to be returned to the builder.

  • Claims made after 1 day of delivery may not be eligible for repair or replacement.


4. Returns

  • Custom furniture is built to order and cannot be returned.

  • Other products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours free of charge.

  • After 48 hours, production may have already started and cancellation fees may apply.


6. Materials & Warranty

  • All furniture is handcrafted in the USA, including Amish and Mennonite-built pieces.

  • Products are made from solid wood, with plywood used in hidden structural areas for strength when necessary.

  • Furniture is delivered assembled, except for certain large pieces such as cribs, Murphy/wall beds, and pool tables.

  • 1-year manufacturer’s warranty applies to all products.

  • Wall mounting services are not provided.
